BOCA GRANDE MARINAS
A full service marina providing amenities to visitors and local island residents as well. We are just inside the ICW in Charlotte Harbor, only minutes to Boca Grande Pass (the “Tarpon Capital of the World”), and the Gulf of Mexico. Our slips accommodate vessels up to 150 ft. Located on Gasparilla Island, we are one of the finest Port Charlotte area marinas, just minutes from Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda
Uncle Henry's Marina is located on the north end of Gasparilla Island, in Charlotte County and a short ride by car or boat from Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Englewood. The 58 slip Marina has first class docking facilities and can accommodate vessels up to 80'. The buildings are attractive southern contemporary Victorian structures. At the end of the dock, the marina building houses the laundry and showers and the dock office.
One of Boca Grande's oldest marinas, Whidden's Marina on First Street East was founded by Sam Whidden in 1926 and has been run by the Whidden family ever since. Whidden's Marina offers overnight dockage, boat rentals, bait and tackle and on-site fishing charters. Boca Grande is located on Gasparilla Island just minutes from Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda Florida. Whidden's Marina is one of the oldest of all Port Charlotte area marinas.
ENGLEWOOD/PLACIDA MARINAS
Eldred’s is a charming little marina located on the Boca Grande Causeway just before the toll station. The marina is situated in a superb location for easy and quick access to the waters of Lemon Bay, Gasparilla Sound, Charlotte Harbor, and the Gulf of Mexico by way of Gasparilla Pass.
Gasparilla Marina offers traditional wet and dry storage or storage in our state-of-the art fully enclosed facility, protecting your vessel from the elements. Our indoor complex is for the serious boater who appreciates the amenities of a world class marina yet wants to ensure his/her investment is protected and secure while in dry dock. Our slips can accommodate boats ranging in size from 20' up to 85' with numerous T-Heads available for larger vessels up to 100' in length.
A Charlotte County Marina nestled in the sleepy town of Cape Haze and surrounded by tropical flora, this sheltered yacht harbor maintains over 90 slips with berths up to 65 feet. Palm Island Marina welcomes boaters of all kinds with daily, monthly or annual rates for liveaboards and non-liveaboards alike. Arrive by water alone or with a cruise club and enjoy a night or two of relaxation at our Charlotte County Marina docks. For a side trip, catch the on-premises ferry to scenic Palm Island Resort and visit the white Gulf of Mexico beaches! While you’re there, stop by the Rum Bay Restaurant for a special treat in a lush tropical setting.
There are not many marinas left in Southwest Florida today that still have that Old Florida charm, nor the hospitality and old fashioned values that you'll find at Royal Palm Marina. Choose the type of dockage or storage that best suits you. We offer 160 total spaces. You choose either inside or outside dry storage or both covered & uncovered wet dockage. Royal Palm Marina is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Englewood, Florida just minutes from Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.
At Stump Pass Marina you will find over 300 boat slips that are high and dry. There is a fork lift available to put your boat in the water right at our dock. We are located across from Stump Pass which is your closest access point to the Gulf of Mexico. Parts and service are available for all makes and models of outboard boats. We have full security with both cameras and night security personnel. Wet slips and overnight docking is available and each slip has water hookup and shore power. Our private boat ramp is available to storage customers only. Stump Pass Marina is a full service marina with boat storage, boat service, boat rentals, shop, fuel, bait, and a Restaurant and bar in Englewood, Florida.
PUNTA GORDA MARINAS
Burnt Store Marina is the largest marina on Florida’s west coast and one of the largest marinas in the state. Located on beautiful Charlotte Harbor and ranked as one of the top ten places to sail by Sail magazine, the basin is just 10 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. Charlotte Harbor is the second-largest estuary in Florida, encompassing 270 square miles, yet it is one of the state’s best-kept secrets. Burnt Store Marina provides direct access to this boating wonderland, just south of Tampa, between Sarasota and Naples.
Yacht Basin at Fishermen’s Village is located on beautiful Charlotte Harbor and in historic Punta Gorda. Our marina has been recently dredged and rebuilt. We offer 111 permanent slips for public use, of which 97 are available for transient or long-term stays, and 31 temporary, free docking areas for day use of vessels visiting our mall, shops and restaurants. The Yacht Basin accepts live-aboards and boat club visits are our specialty.
Laishley Park Municipal Marina
The City of Punta Gorda proudly unveiled its new Marina spring of 2007. Laishley Marina is located in Laishley Park on the shoreline of Charlotte Harbor and the Peace River. Charlotte Harbor, the second largest harbor in the State of Florida, offers world-class fishing and access into the Gulf of Mexico at the vicinity of Boca Grande. The marina, located just minutes from Port Charlotte, has 85 boat slips and a public boat launch, and is one of the few Port Charlotte marinas publicly owned.
Punta Gorda Marina is a first class full service repair facility for all your boating needs. Beyond boat repair and maintenance we offer long term storage for boats and there are several marine related businesses on the premises including custom boat building, sales and towing. We provide long term storage that is billed monthly for boats of any size. The boats are stored on land outside in our rear storage lot. We do have some in water dock storage. Boats 25 feet and under can be stored at these docks.
