Meet Randy at an open house. Told him that we were just starting to look for a home on the water. He took down all my information and I started getting homes to look at right in my own home, thru my e-mail. About a year later I called on one of the houses and he hooked my up with his beautiful wife. Both Randy and Vicki really know here stuff when in comes to real estate. Vicki didn't leave one stone unturned when checking out the properties we looked at. We bought a beautiful home on the water and now Vicki and Randy are helping us sell our two homes on Edgewater. We first met Randy and Vicki at an open house about 3 years ago. They continued to keep us informed about the market without being pushy. When we were ready to start looking at specific properties, our trips to Florida were usually last minute and Randy was very accommodating. He's very knowledgeable about potential maintenance issues and willing to share tips and advice. Once we found the right home, Randy was awesome! SInce we were from out of state, Randy took care of coordinating several of the details with inspections, insurance, closing etc. If he said he'd take of something we could rest easy knowing that he wouldn't drop the ball. Of all the realtors we've worked with over the years, Randy and Vicki have been the best and most-responsive and we'd highly recommend them.
Randy will go the extra mile to gather information, work on contracts, and do whatever it takes to finish the job.

I contracted with Randy & Vicki to for a short sale on a residential property with a reverse mortgage. They were, and are still, fantastic to work with.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Vicki Biehl in the selling of my
mother-in-laws house in Port Charlotte florida. Due to circumstances we
had to do this from out of state. Vicki made it so easy for us. She kept us
up to date on everything and explained every matter that came up. We
never had to worry about not being there. she did such a good job by looking

My husband and I live in NH and were interested in buying a low cost retirement
home. I found Vicki by chance. I was looking online and some how I picked her.
We made arrangements to fly down for a one week shopping trip. She found
several properties for us to view and we ultimately choose a short sale. She

went to the home inspection where there was a problem with the plumbing.
She lined up the plumber and met him at the house, then waited for the
